Welcome to Villoria Real Estate These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website  and any related services . By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

  • Errors & Omissions: Prices, availability and descriptions may change at any time without notice. Always verify details with an authorized Villoria representative before making any decision.

6. Inquiries, Bookings & Payments

  1. Inquiries: Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability. We will confirm via email or phone.

  2. Booking: To reserve a Property, you may be required to pay a deposit or booking fee as specified in the Listing or by your agent.

  3. Payment Terms: All payments must be made in the currency indicated (e.g., AED, USD). Late payments may incur interest or penalties as per applicable law or your sales agreement.

7. Fees & Commissions

  • Villoria may charge commissions, administrative fees or service charges on successful transactions. These will be disclosed to you in advance.

  • Any additional third-party fees (e.g., transfer fees, registration costs, taxes) are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, videos) is owned or licensed by Villoria and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

  • You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, adaptation) requires our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

  • Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. We do not endorse, control or assume responsibility for any content, privacy policies or practices of those sites.

  • Any dispute arising hereunder will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any documents they expressly incorporate, constitute the entire agreement between you and Villoria regarding your use of the Site and Services.
